Orders

All jewelries are made by hand in the Copenhagen Studio. Allow up till 2 weeks of production. You will receive an email with confirmation and another when the order is ready to be shipped or picked up. If you are short of time, please contact me at hello@sarajinmi.dk.

Return policy

You can make an return within 14 days from the day you receive your order. The returned item must be in the original condition and packaging. All return expenses are covered by the customer. For custom made pieces all sales are final and can not be returned or exchanged. Before making a return send an email to: hello@sarajinmi.dk

Payment/Prices

At Sara Jin Mi we accept Visa and Mastercard. The payment are fulfilled when your order has been processed and shipped.

All prices on the web shop are in DKKR = Danish Kroner and incl. 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices as in relation to the change in market prices for metals and gem stones.

Warranty

All purchases are covered by 2 years of warranty in accordance to Danish legislation. You have the right to complain about a defect or deficiencies, but defects/damage due to incorrect use of the product or just normal wear and tear are not covered.

Data protection

We reserve the right to collect and use the customer’s data in accordance with the data protection law.
Datas will only be used for the original giving purpose and in the correspondence with the customer. Payment data will be disclosed to the customer’s credit institute, if necessary for the processing of the payment.
