All jewelry is handcrafted in our Copenhagen studio. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed, and another notification when it is ready to be shipped or picked up. If you need your order urgently, please contact us at hello@sarajinmi.dk.

Return Policy

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Before returning an item, please email us at hello@sarajinmi.dk.

Payment/Prices

Sara Jin Mi accepts Visa and Mastercard. Payment is processed when your order is shipped.

All prices on the webshop are in DKK (Danish Krone) and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on fluctuations in market prices for metals and gemstones.

Warranty

All purchases are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish legislation. You have the right to claim for defects or deficiencies, but damage due to improper use or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Data Protection

We collect and use customer data in compliance with data protection laws. Data will be used solely for the original purpose and correspondence with the customer. Payment information will be shared with the customer’s credit institution if necessary to process the payment.
